There are a variation in people worldwide regarding their customs, social structure, beliefs, and human activities patterns. They affect a lot in the medical environment. The healthcare providers should be having a notch higher on this diversity’s sensitivity when undertaking their healthcare services duties. These differences create a lot of differences in which nurses get to perform their practices. The healthcare providers should be aware of the diversity of these cultures among the people that they attend to by being conscious of their own culture and beliefs so that they can be able to ensure that those seeking health their beliefs and customs are respected (Purnell & Fenkl, 2019). The differences in these cultures will make significant differences. The nurses and other health caregivers handle different patients because they vary in their needs and beliefs. The culture can have many complications in their establishment of the relationship of the patient-nurse relationship. Therefore, diversity issues should be addressed from the point of employment where they have to accommodate all the diversities in the healthcare system, including women and men’s ratios. The racial and ethnic disparities should be addressed and more significantly in the line of administration to have people of all races, ethnicities, and gender so that aspects of diversity can trickle down to parts of the healthcare and get addressed quickly top to bottom the point of the patients. These will enhance satisfaction and competence in the healthcare service provider. There should be training for creating awareness among the healthcare providers so that the situations of disparities can be reduced and enhance healthcare services and providers (Mikkonen et al.,2016). The disparity may lead to different treatments where some individuals may get treated in the utmost care, while others are given fewer considerations. When the issues are well addressed, the competence of healthcare will be very high.

The cost of healthcare services in the united states is a challenge that makes many people get it challenging to get access to the services. The universal healthcare services should be catering for all persons regardless of their ability to pay. With the healthcare service being accessible to all persons, it ensures that even though people may go bankrupt, they can steal enjoy the medical services that at a cost that they can receive medication. The cases of this universal healthcare will enable the government to have low healthcare costs because the government will control the prices charged by both the private and public healthcare givers in terms of medication and services offered. The advantage will be upon the doctors and healthcare services management because the administration cost will be reduced. After all, they will get to hire a few health workers worker. After all, they are not forced to work with large numbers of healthcare companies (Gray & Jani, 2016). the services will be equalized when the pay is the same for all persons regardless of their ability. The doctors and the hospitals will not get to target the weather clients who will be paying more but will concentrate on providing better health and leading to a healthier workforce. The population will have a high life expectance. These situations will make people have a longer and healthier lifestyle, and social inequality cases will reduce. These will be achieved because of many of the minor diseases that re affecting many people fear getting to the hospital because of the inability to pay bills, which are very high in the united states (Werner et al.,2015). They end up dying of those minor infections or have injuries that could have gotten solved in advance; therefore, the universal healthcare where people have to pay for their bills equally and affordable is the best solution for achieving a healthy population.

many private healthcare institutions are giving good care in the united states; they have a well-advanced facility providing health services to the public. They pay relatively higher costs or their treatment compared to public health care facilities. It has been found that there is high patients’ experience in healthcare services that are making charging very high costs because they have the capability of obtaining highly specialized technology (Tanuseputro et al.,2015). On the healthcare side, concentrating on making a profit, the chances are very high that the patient’s needs will not be met. Because they will put more emphasis on these persons who they make a lot of profit by charging them positively, these means that the persons who have low capital capability will be taking a lot of time, and their care will need below. Research has it that many of the issues in profit-making healthcare organizations are compared to those that happen in non-profit making organizations (Leider et al.,2017). There are more issues and concerns observed in patient outcomes in the profit-making organizations because their focus is on the profit and not on the patients’ care and needs. High-quality service provided by non-profit healthcare gives as their primary focus is put upon the patient’s care before financial prosperity, making a healthier workforce that will have high life expectance.

In the case of cultural diversity, it will be able to raise some of the questions on the fairness in terms of patients’ treatment for they should get allowed to receive healthcare with equality and fairness regardless of the ethnic and racial background of the patients. In the new treatment case, the situations should be enabling the patients from all the ethnic backgrounds and the race, not excluding the gender discrimination in the healthcare system. The question of justice should be well answered by the way the distribution of managerial posts is distributed in the healthcare

system with regard that all the people of different cultural diversity get to have a share so that the issues that are related to discrimination. in line of ethnicity, race, and gender are dealt with from the point of administration to the level of the patients so that they receive what is just in the period of their treatment. The practitioners can apply the applicable laws regarding making a choice rather than looking at individuals’ diversity. Through justice that gets to be achieved, the competence of healthcare will be very high. All will get to achieve justice of all the justice for the patients in the line that they need services.
When it comes to the ability to have access to the healthcare services when there is the availability of the patients having access to the healthcare services regardless of the capability to afford the services, it is paramount and essential. It will be raised in cases where healthcare is made universal. Universal healthcare makes access to care very easy. Many of the persons will have to get treatment for all the medical challenges and diseases upon the cost because it will be reduced. Non will be bankrupt not to have access to the health services that are for every individual, and these will make it right as all persons will be served equal, making the diversities get reduced in the medical fields.
The cases of negligence and malpractice are also looked upon when comparing profit and patient care. These bring a lot of negligence to those people who will earn little to the healthcare and lead to rising the cases of negligence which will make many patients lose life not because they cannot effort the bills but because of the focus upon the profits that they will bring to the healthcare (Tanuseputro et al.,2015). Therefore, the healthcare providers’ poor outcomes will make the mortality rates high, injuries, and lower the life expectance of the population. On the other hand, the questions of malpractice will be on the rise with will adversely affect the patients and healthcare providers’ reputation. These aspects will ensure that there is no harm which is done to the patients and the get the best of their treatment in the health facilities that they visit because no one goes to the hospital or to the doctor to get more harm but get better than the way they came to the healthcare providers.
