A relevant paperwork and settings- a patient expects a relevant paperwork and settings in their offices. They expect to see how organized the doctor is and how they are able to keep the patients records . Paperwork is enough to prove that the patient has had a medical issue before and it was catered for. Secondly paperwork is evidence to show that the doctor is able to save the patients information and the doctor can refer to them. Paper work gives the patient confidence in their doctor; that they can deliver what they say they can. Since paper work comprises of the handouts those doctors give in order to promote their services (Russo 2012).
Honoring apartment times- patients are also busy people, as busy a doctors are. Some patients come to receive services immediately from their work places and as soon as the services are offered they get back to their workplaces. When patients go to visit the doctor for various reasons they desire to meet doctors who are time conscious and who can keep their appointment times so that they can get back to their daily activities (Russo 2012).
Privacy and confidentiality of patient’s information- patient information is delicate and most patients require their information to be between them and their doctor. The main reason behind this is because they are suffering from terminal illnesses and they do not want their employees to be aware of this. If their patients receive this information they may take advantage of their employee’s situation and become inefficient.
For this reason patient want a doctor who is more responsible and who can handle their situation with care and caution (Russo 2012).
