The topic was all about the people who drew the map of the world after exploring it. This happened in the 15th Century. This can be accounted for in the movie. Although this happened a long time ago the movie was acted in June 1998 in the UK. It is evident that the event in the movie is based on a true story hence; the current events indicated have happened in the current theater.The events in the movie affect current history since it explains why the world has the figure and shape it has. The ideas from the explorers have been integrated with other geometric concepts to produced world map. The video was intended for a student of history since the event in mention is a great event that took place in the world hence of worth to both the public and history students. There was no evidence provided by the created of the movie.After watching the movie, I did not learn anything new but rather acknowledged the work of the artists.
