In Heglar’s article the basic argument is that everyone should be involved in enhancing the protection of the environment and preventing climate change. The author attempts to illustrate the importance of everyone’s small effort to enhance climate justice and protecting the planet. Preventing the planet from completely dying out. The author explains how our planet has been slowly dying for decades and how we are now facing a crisis as a global society. Heglar states that the lack of awareness of how complete the destruction of our planet is. Most people do not understand either where we are headed or what needs to be done to prevent it from happening. The author indicates that it is a silly move to pollute the environment.
