About the Resources Employed

I employed various sources to draft the noncompete and nondisclosure clause for Sandra’s management role at Too Strange to Eat Bakery. Of the three resources used, I found the information from Piconepress.com to be handy. The information here served me best as it was comprehensive and precise. According to the piconepress website, the information was compiled from different sources in the ITCS at the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities. I trusted it because the data was derived from an academic institution, the University of Minnesota. The templates here were derived from the piconeress.com website. What makes the data reliable is the fact that an academic institution compiled the data. The University of Minnesota is an accredited institution of higher learning that prides itself in undertaking qualified research and reporting correct findings. As such, the data from this source qualifies as credible because verifying such kind of information is possible. Additionally, data from educational websites such as the University of Minnesota are a safe bet to get correct information because such institutions barely have any hidden agenda. They do not have any ulterior motive besides informing readers of the truth. Furthermore, the individuals who undertake the research are professionals in specific fields, making them a good fit. In essence, I found the source to be thorough, well thought, well discussed, and argued. The information is also credible because it was objective, accurate, less confusing, and has wide coverage. It was only after wading through tons of information that I encountered this source.
